From the outside it looks nearly complete. Just one thing missing--the Angel Moroni atop the spire. In fact Enoch commented that that seemed to be about all that was left to do.
And we weren't far off apparently. The very next day, they placed Moroni on his glorious pedestal. I wish I could have been there to see it. I only ever see him on the top where he looks all tiny and such, but not so. Here's a picture for perspective that people were sharing on Facebook.
