This photo is with your mama because you are definitely a mama's girl. It hurts your dad's heart a little bit that you respond so much better to me than you do to him, but hopefully in time that will change. We do spend an awful lot of time together, so that has to explain some of the extreme bonding, right?

You are reaching more confidently for things, but the grabbing onto is still a slow and unsure process. You are eating cereal like a champ, and loving getting your hands involved in the action of eating. It's a bit messy for sure, but you are getting it down.

As I look forward to Thanksgiving, I am grateful to be this little girl's mama.
