Asher will be receiving this board book in his Easter basket. It makes my little yearbook heart wax nostalgic with visions of colors and combinations. I know he will never appreciate it in the way I do, but the colors are so viabrant, and check out that awesome back endsheet with the rainbow of objects in different shades.
Asher does like colors. Even with his limited vocabulary, he can tell us when things are red, green, yellow, blue. He sturggles more with colors like pink, orange, and purple, but we keep working. It's pretty cute to see him identifying concepts that have been simmering for quite some time and now they can be released since he has the mode of expression.
