This was our Wednesday--spending much time in the car as we traveled back from SoCal. You were a trooper. It's a little over 6 hours to drive to your Aunt Sheryl's, and most of the time you were happy. Of course, you were happier still if you were able to get out and stretch, so we would stop for longer than normal, making the six hour trip in more like 7-7.5 hours. It was worth it.
On this day, we found a Sam's Club in Rancho Mirage CA, where we gassed up, ate some lunch and let you roam a bit. It was a good move.
You enjoyed your first Disneyland trip. I will post more about that later. Your biggest tick of the week: you took your first steps! On Tuesday evening in the lobby at the Crush the Turtle interactive experience in California Adventure. Maybe you were so excited to be out of the stroller that you felt inspired to move. We're hoping this is a positive step in the right direction, although it will probably be a few weeks until you are consistently walking. Go, Asher, go!
