Yay for birthdays! Asher wanted a green and orange cake for his birthday. Not quite sure why, but I obliged. It wasn't my best cake ever by far, but it was edible, and Asher didn't care. He was so excited to blow out the candles and to eat the frosting. Frosting is one of his favorite things.
This was a sports themed birthday gift birthday. He got a Little Tikes basketball hoop from us and a Little Tikes t-ball set from Aunt Megan. He loves balls so these were great.
To end the festivities we also invited some friends to Chikfila for some lunch, play time, and cupcakes. Thanks for giving us a reason to celebrate Asher! I love to celebrate you because you are so wonderful.
At 3 you are talking more and more about opposites. You know big and little, slow and fast, tall and short, etc. You are still pretty shy around adults, you enjoy going to your weekly preschool class and talking about the projects you have done there. You are good to your sister and are playing more and more with her every day as she gets more grown up. Sometimes you fight over toys, but you are pretty willing to share. We love you!

Happy Birthday to your lil' guy! He's getting so big. Wish we lived closer so our kids could play together.
