So many cacti!

Last weekend Enoch and I took a trip to the Desert Botanical Gardens here in Phoenix to experience the great weather and see about as much flora and fauna as the desert has to offer.

it was a lovely day. I never knew there were so many varieties of cactus! We also took some time to travel the Sonoran trail which talks about the desert of this area and the native people who inhabited it, and how they survived.

I'm putting a few of our favorite photos here. We definitely plan to return in the future. We're thinking about fall sometime after the weather has cooled.
